OUR WORK RESONATES WITH THEM IN HOW THEY CAN CARRY INFORMATION AND MESSAGES TO LIMITLESS PLACES here in earth and spirit (online).

Hi! I am Jessica. Human being, mystic, mama, birth worker and the Creative Director here at Birdie. I've always had a obsession deep appreciation for good branding and stunning visuals. From a young age, I would take note of all types of design and dream up ways I would re-brand existing businesses, create something new, or design spaces. Being self-employed since I was 19 years old has given me the opportunity to play with branding, trends and design in the different businesses I have had over the years, and businesses I've been fortunate to have worked with. I'm passionate about aligning the visual identity with the soul and essence of each brand and love creating visual identities that feel truly authentic, meaningful and simply *chef kiss*. The most fulfilling aspect of this work for me is hearing about people's dreams and goals and helping create something that can serve as a catalyst to help them get there. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my family and friends--you'll usually find us having picnics, swimming in the ocean, or out for walks. It's been such a joy to have evolved into a marketing agency with Jaclyn and our amazing team members, Lauren & Kyla! Looking forward to connecting with you and hearing your ideas.

Hello! I'm Jaclyn, the Design Lead here at Birdie. I've always been incredibly font-obsessed and spent a lot of my time in post-secondary creating aesthetic notes rather than actually paying attention to my math lectures. This led me to switch up my path and move into Interdisciplinary Design and eventually Fashion Marketing. Working in fashion further expanded my love for all things design—everything from merchandising and styling, to buying and production. Working with small businesses gave me the opportunity to dabble in a huge variety of areas.
With Birdie, I particularly enjoy supporting businesses in creating an aligned visual identity. I love that this work leads me in many different directions and connects me with so many incredible individuals (like you)!
When I'm not working, you can find me hanging with my fam, seeking out a body of water, at the gym listening to the same 3 songs on repeat or curating the closets of myself, my kiddos and my friends.

A lover of all things creative and community, Lauren was drawn to social media instantly. Through both her schooling and experiences, these have allowed Lauren to grow her skill set in different areas of digital marketing including social media management, strategic design and email marketing. Combining her love of deep diving into analytics, design and strategic planning, this work allows Lauren the best of all worlds. Lauren’s favourite part of her work is being able to see the progression of content and design ideas come to life, while helping brands share their stories.
Hi, I'm Kyla! Being both a creative and analytical being, I approach every opportunity with a unique perspective. From an early age, I have always been captivated by the natural world and the wonders of science. My curiosity and fascination with the outdoors and the intricate workings of the world around us have been a driving force in my life. However, after pursuing a career in the sciences, I quickly discovered my true passion was in communications, branding and design. I take great pleasure in working with businesses to ensure that their online presence accurately reflects their brand's vision, mission, and values. For me, it's not just about creating a visually appealing website or social media profile, but about helping businesses establish a cohesive and compelling online identity that resonates with their target audience all while using both an analytical and creative approach. The rare blend of being both left and right brain thinking. I can't wait to create with you!
